We welcome you to our practice. Drs. Bill and Diana Carriger have been caring for the eyecare needs of Topeka since 1977. We have served the Rossville and surrounding area since 1981. We uphold the highest standards in our practice. Our staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.
